Yamaha S90XS and Cubase
I am very excited about the latest addition to the studio's equipment arsenal: The Yamaha S90XS keyboard. My trusty Kurzweil is being retired, and taking on a new role. It has some great sounds that I don't want to get rid of, so it will function as an outboard sound bank for the rest of its days. The Yamaha S90XS is my new Master Keyboard and I've been enjoying getting to know its sounds and capabilities. I created this video to demonstrate how easily you can integrate this keyboard with Cubase for sequencing. I've just barely scratched the surface with what this keyboard can do, but I'm looking forward to digging deeper and really pushing it to its limits.
